She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanual H. Gonyaw and Evelyn M. Gonyaw (Symonds); her husband Wayland L. Wells, Sr.; her sister Lucy Brock; her children, Anita Marcy Wells and Keith Eldred; and her granddaughter Jamie Poling-Eldred.
She is survived by: her former husband Earl J. Eldred; her daughters, Stacey Foran (Michael) of Hardwick and Melody Shirley-Eldred (Sarah) of Wolcott; and her stepbrother Robert Reynolds (Nancy) of Derby. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
