He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Allen Sr. and Ethel Allen (Jacobs); and his wife Evelyn. He is survived by: his children, Richard Allen (Paulette) of West Berlin, Deb Partlow (Frank) of West Berlin, Diane Seaver (Ray) of Williamston and Steve Allen (Wendy) of Northfield; and his grandchildren, Kathi Partlow, Aimee Carter, Rick Mercier, Angela Hayward, Steven Allen and Jason Allen. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
