He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pelkey and Ellen Pelkey (Derosia); and his daughter Paula Sicily. He is survived by: his children, Michael Pelkey of Fairfax, VT and Darci Pelkey of Barre, VT; and his siblings, June Smith of Williamstown, Joanne LaChapelle of Alburgh, VT and Donald Pelkey of Bloomfield, VT. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and extended family.
