He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gamelin and Eva Gamelin (Mercure); his wife Monica Gamelin (Dorey) of Winooski; his son Michael Bernard Gamelin; and his brother Bernard Gamelin.
He is survived by: his close friend Lorraine Greenough; his children, Donna Gamelin of Winooski, Leslie (Jeffry Turner) and Jason (Katherine Gamelin); his grandchildren, Colin, Holly Turner, Ethan, Aiden Gamelin and Mathewson Turner; his sisters, Lorraine Donahue of Florida, Claire Mancini (Robert) of Florida, Rita Moffett of Florida, Lucille Minotti (Peter) of Florida and Doris Broker (Rod) of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Dorlene "Billie" Sullivan, Charlene "Charlie" Kellett (Alton), Laurie Farrell and Mary Bessette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
