He is survived by: his wife Claudette Kosa; his brother James Kosa (Grace); his children, Jennifer Kosa, Jessica, Robert Cross (Elizabeth), John Kosa (Jonell) and Mike Kosa; his stepsons, Richard Wells (Linda), Gary Bristol (Donja) and Ken Cochan; his friends, Steve Leclaire (Kristen), Chuck Cross (Linda), Rene Major (Sharon), Mike and Fred Canfield (Margaret); and his pets, Spice and Gizmo.
