He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Moreau and Blanche Moreau (Lestage); his spouse Merle Graves of Waterbury; his daughter Carlie; and his friends, Claudette Smith and Beverly Audette.
He is survived by: his daughter Paula Lyon (Jeff) of Waterbury Center; his grandsons, Jeffrey Jr. (Lisa) and Todd (Reid Kirchhoff); his son Gary (Lynn) of Essex Junction; his grandsons, Matthew (Rebecca) and Bryan (Melissa Skinner); his son Mark (Mary) of Avondale Arizona; his grandchildren, Justin (Sarah), Patrick (Rachel), Tara McWhorter (Dan) and Shaun Grimm (Sara); his great grandchildren, Liam, Madilyn, Allison, Maclan, Emma-Lynn, Winston, Phoenix, Carson, Kaycee, Garrett, Larkin, Brayden, Colten and Tristen; and his great great grandchild Gunner.
