He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilfred Rouille and Daisy Rouille; his children, Lorie Rouille, John, Mary, Valarie Rouille and Mike Patten; his sister Marlene Quinville; and his wife Carol O'Neal of Winooski. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.
