He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip E. Marcelino Sr. and Theresa L. Marcelino (Dame). He is survived by: his siblings, Philip E. Marcelino Jr. (Alicia) and Peggy L. Marcelino; his nieces, Mary Marcelino and Stephanie Munson (Joseph); his nephew Brian; his great-nephews, Zachary, Matthew and Samuel; his niece Trista Jenkins (Christopher); his great-nephew Owen; and his great-niece Grace.
