He was predeceased by: his father Garth Lockwood Caldwell. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Caldwell; his children, Phoenix and Ace Caldwell (Kristine Bryan Caldwell); his brother Christopher Caldwell; and his nieces, Robyn, Nicole and Savanna Caldwell.
