He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Theodore and Violet Ethel Spencer (Jaycox); his brothers, Winston, Dalton Spencer and Milford; his wife Nettie of Windsor; his children, Linda Spencer Bania (Joseph) of Center Rutland, VT, Nancy Spencer of Wachapreague, VA, Marilyn Rabtoy (Darrel Willey) of Windsor and Stephen Maurice Spencer (Karen Halverson) of Essex Jct; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joseph, Sean, Christopher, Sarah and Phoebe; his brother David Spencer of Windsor; and his sister-in-law Claudine Spencer of Plainfield, NH. He was also cherished by brother-in-law and three sisters-in-law in Maine, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association.
