She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifton R. Rowell and Hazel Rowell (Thorp); her husband Wilbur M. Ruggles, Jr.; her children, Pamela Smith (Walter) of Windsor, Dennis Ruggles (Mary) of North Haverhill, NH and Brent Ruggles (Constance) of Pittston, ME; her siblings, Everett Rowell of Morrisville, VT and Pauline Powers of Claremont, NH; and her friend Nanette Pariseau. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
