Ruth H. Frizzell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2020, at the age of 87, Ruth H. Frizzell of Windsor, Vermont, born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Hulett and Ethel Hulett (Near); her husband Edwin Frizzell; her brother William Hulett of Sinclairville, NY; her children, Stephen Frizzell of Golden City, MO, Teresa "Terri" Heepe of Croydon, NH and Paul; and her great grandchild Alayna. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
