He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Earl and Charlotte Dow (Lowery); his spouse Norean Willard; his sisters, Patricia Harford and Charlotte Taft; his daughter Shannon Dow (Bob Jobson Jr.) of Lebanon, NH; his grandchildren, Hayden Dow and Gwynavier Dow Jobson of Lebanon, NH; and his siblings, William "Butch" Dow of Connecticut and Joyce Dow of Windsor. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, friends.
