He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Blake and Hazel Blake (Wheelock); and his siblings, Donald, Robert Blake and Dorothy Hamlin.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Blake (Thurston); his children, Greg Blake (Tammy) of Windsor, Gary Blake (Janine) of Brownsville, Lori Heath and Lisa Wright (Larry Blanchard) of Hartland; his grandchildren, Kate Mouser (Rob), Jennie Gilbert (Keith), Nathan Heath, Amber Heath, Abigail Wright Steele (Adam) and Blake Wright (Stacy); and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Jay Mouser, Owen Gilbert, Hazel and Harper Wright. He is also survived by his children, his grandchildren, his great grandchildren and his extended family.
