She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Henry. She is survived by: her mother Norma Gray Bradley (Hill); her children, James L. Lewis, Jr. and Kristine Urban (Paul G.); and her siblings, Barbara Frizzell (Philip), Robert Bradley (Michelle), Steven Bradley (Nancy) and Jayne Straight (Ray). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
