Commander Chad Downs (Stephanie); her children, Boston and Sullivan of Norfolk, VA; her stepgranddaughter Lindsey Downs (Mike Noble); and her children, Cameron, Morgan and Maisyn of Naples, FL. She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, godchildren.
