He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Wiltshire (Flinn). He is survived by: his father Eugene R. Ely; his brother Tim Ely (Kasey); and his aunts and uncles, Bob, Barb, Maurice, Steven, Michael, Tim and Audrey. He is also survived by two nephews; several cousins, other relatives, and friends.
