He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Megan Edson of Erving, Mass.; his parents, Roger Edson and Rosamund "Betty" Edson; his wife Dora White; his daughter Cassandra Edson of Montpelier, VT; his grandchildren, Carra-Lyn Theodore of Los Angeles, CA, Ariel Pascoe of Winooski, VT, Micheal Edson of Chesterfield, N. H and Jim; his brother Bruce; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Edson of Apalachin, NY. He was also cherished by niece and a nephew, and 2 grand nephews.
