With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gail Boudro Dow of Windsor, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Boudro and Loretta Boudro (Elwood); her husband Gary Dow; her daughter Nicole Ryan; her siblings, James Boudro, Ramona Noel, Betty Partch and Lorraine Carney; and her nephews, Timothy and Richard Tucker.

She is survived by: her son John Ryan, III; her daughter-in-law Krista Ryan; her grandson Noah Ryan of Winter Garden, FL; and her brothers, Kenneth Boudro of Mesa, AZ and Darrell Boudro of Windsor, VT.
