Chmieleski, Jr. (Jessica Evans), Jill Sharif (Tarek) and Jean-Anne Chmieleski; her sister Diane Martin (John Martin); and her grandchildren, Kate, Allison, Emily Chmieleski, Ameera, Emma Sharif, Logan and Eden Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
