He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Lackey and Madeline Lackey Sr. (Pike); his wife Carol Lackey of Wilmington; his children, Lorri Hall of Wilmington, Russell Lackey (Cathy) of Wilmington and Chad Lackey (Ann) of Whitingham; his grandchildren, Riley Hall, Mitchell Hall and Alex Lackey; his siblings, Marianne Lackey and Morris Lackey; his daughter Jackie Lackey; and his brothers, Harold Lackey Jr. and Gordon Lackey.
