It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter Patrick Plattner (Williston, Vermont), who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Plattner and Elizabeth Plattner; his wife Phyllis Plattner; his grandson Daniel J. Plattner; and his siblings, Shirley Plattner and Robert Plattner.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Plattner of Winooski, Beth Powers (Randy) of Sheldon, VT, Heather Swenson (Robert) of Goshen and Jeffery Plattner of Jeffersonville; and his brother Alois Plattner of St. Albans. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
