It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shawn Patrick of Williston, Vermont, born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dealton, Rachel Jarvis, Thomas and Norma Patrick; and his uncles, Lou Jarvis and Gerritt Crowley.
He is survived by: his parents, Gene Patrick of Richmond, VT and Julie Green (Ronald Green) of Huntington, VT; his daughters, Madison and Makenna; the mother of his children Danielle Patrick (Gibeault) of Williston, VT.; his siblings, Jennifer Patrick of Essex, VT and Keith Ermolovich of Colchester, VT; his stepsiblings, Scott Green (Denise Green) of Waterbury, VT and Rachel Green of Lyndon, VT; his uncle Al Jarvis (Sandy Jarvis) of Essex, VT; and his aunts, Amy Roy (Mike Roy) of Colchester, VT and Nancy Crowley of South Hero, VT.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made toward Madison and Makenna's education fund.
