He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Lukasavage and Margaret Kupstas. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Luke of Williston; his children, Susan Luke of Hancock, ME, Mark Luke (Melissa) of Essex, VT and Michele Ammon of Williston; his grandchildren, Megan, Casey and Jessica Ammon; and his sisters, Margaret Borton and Loraine Luke of Pennsylvania.
