He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Haftarczuk and Romualda Haftarczuk; and his son Alexander Julian Haftarczuk. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anna Punda; his sons, Christopher and Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Valarie Haftarczuk (Smith); and his siblings, Zygmunt and Elizabeth. He is also survived by siblings, and several nieces and nephews.
