It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Liberty Hannigan of Williston, Vermont, born in Jonesville, Vermont, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Larned and Bernice Hadley Larned; her former husband Robert Liberty; her spouse Jordan Hannigan; and her sister Virginia Verchereau Pre.
She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Liberty (Susan) of Leister, VT, Brian Liberty (Linda) of Texas, Cyndi Knaepen (Scott) and Kathy Lothian (Brian) of Essex Junction, VT.; her sister-in-law Marie Liberty; and her boyfriend James E. Martin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
