It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Raymond Germaine (Williston, Vermont), who passed away on October 3, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Freeman Germaine; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his parent Julia Germaine (LaFrance); his wife Nellie C. Germaine of Williston; and his children, Donald Germaine (Bonnie), Ronald Germaine (Jane), Arnold Germaine (Geraldine), Daniel Germaine (Janet), Robert Germaine (Laurie), Elizabeth Whitcomb (Mark) and Jackie Osborne (Paul). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
