He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned M. Winters and Evelyn Winters (Bailey); his wife Florence E. Robinson of Post Mills; and his brothers, David E. Winters Sr. and Marvin R. Winters.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Winters Wilder (Jon) of Williamstown, Susan Gagneᐟ (Brent) of Barre and Julie McKinstry (Pat) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Christian Gagneᐟ, Carrie and Andrew McKinstry; and his siblings, Molly McCarthy (Lenny) of Williamstown and Philip (Yvonne) of Williamstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
