He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman M. Sr. Spencer and Lucille Spencer (Johnson); and his son Henry. He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Cindy MacRitchie (Cooper) of Williamstown, VT, Herman Spencer III of Williamstown, VT, Andrew Spencer of Williamstown, VT and Anthony Spencer (Jessica) of Williamstown, VT; and his sisters, Bonnie Eaton (Timothy) of East Falmouth, MA and Susan McMahon of Fort Meyers, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
