Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elizabeth Moulton of Wilder, Vermont, born in Fair Haven, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 88, on October 21, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Esther Bigelow and George Bigelow; her sister Mary Stone; her cousin Jean Douglas; and her brother Robert. She was also cherished by six children.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial remembrances be made either to the Norwich Congregational Church, Norwich Public Library, or to the Miss Betty Fund at Valley Terrace.
