He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy Hill; and his sons, James and Frederick. He is survived by: his parents, Lorenz F. Heil and Hedwig Wenzke Heil; his wife Carol J. Heil; and his sons, Stephen, Lee, Kenneth and Eugene. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
