She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Wallace and Vernona Wallace (Heck); her husband Harold Bell; her sister Dale E. Smith; and her grandson Seth Bell.
She is survived by: her sons, Chad (Karol) and Brad (Cathy) of Fairlee, VT; her sister Lynda Wallace (Jim) of Duluth, GA; her sister-in-law Gerry Brown of Wilder, VT; and her grandsons, Troy, Justin and Luke. She is also survived by step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
