He is survived by: his wife Hallie Fortune-Tinker; his children, Neil Tinker, Jr. (Jasmine), Ryan Fortune (Madison) and Shannon Tinker (RJ); his grandson Kalvin Tinker; and his siblings, Heather Guy, Chris Tinker and Matthew Tinker.
