She is survived by: her husband Bill Perkins; her children, Michelle Perkins, Wendy Horlick (Mark) of Manchester, NH, Melissa Hunt and Fred Perkins, Jr. (Amy) of Canaan, NH; her grandchildren, Heather, Brittany, Justin, David Jr., Gabriel, Alexis, Tony and Elli; and her brothers, John Smith of Vershire, VT, Kelvin and Larry Smith. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
