Blanchard Jr. (White River Junction, Vermont), born in Hanover, New Hampshire, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry G. Blanchard and Grace Blanchard (Carter); his wife Jane; his son Robert "Rob"; and his siblings, Richard, Jack and Gloria.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Blanchard (Rachel) of West Glover, VT, Jill McKay (Daniel) of Centerville, MA and Cindy Potter (Chris); his grandchildren, Kristopher, Kevin, Jaci, Kali, Whitni, Linsi, Thomas and Cassie; and his sister Melva. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
