He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Devins and Eleanor Devins (Campbell); his brother James Devins; his nieces and nephews, Lori Tweed, Heidi Stokes, Allen Stokes and Jeffrey Locke; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Locke and Linda Stokes (Stan).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Locke; his children, Mark Devins (Carol), Karen Raymond (Brian) and Jennifer Libuda (Peter); his grandchildren, Heather Fernandes (Seth), Nicole Kendrick (Travis), Ashley Hard, Cody Hard, Brian Devins (Abbi), Daniel Devins (Colleen), Allison Ammirato (Roman), Madison Libuda, Matthew Libuda (Kayla Girdwood) and Megan Libuda; his great grandchildren, Isabelle (Dylan Labrake), Massey Fernandes, Madilyn LaRoche, Jayden, Benjamin Foster, Baylor Ammirato and Connor Devins; his siblings, John Devins and MaryAnn Devins; his sister-in-law Jill Devins; and his nephew Donald Stokes (Tracy).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Knight Funeral Home (903 Hartford Ave., White River Junction, VT 05001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
