He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Dow and Gladys Smith; his former wife Donna Marie McDonald; his children, Evelyn Adams, Frank Dow, Jr., Patricia Hackett of Sharon and Susan Dow; and his wife Lois Billado. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
