She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rudolf Hackenberg and Herlinde Hackenberg; her husband Peter G. Sprang; her children, Ruby Sprang, Jean Sprang (late Peter), Miranda Sprang and Michael Sprang (Cheryl) of Essex, NY; her grandchildren, Rose, Hope, Victor, Joy and Jason; and her brother Ingo Peschel of Germany. She was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
