He is survived by: his wife Karolyn Varela; his children, Russell Bowen (Ellen) of Derby Line, VT, James Bowen (Linda) of Scotland, Nathan Barden of Plainfield, NH, Brittany Bowen of New Mexico, April Brooks of Brattleboro, VT and Tara Meissner (Tom) of Portsmouth, NH; his grandchildren, Isaac Craw of Rochester, NH, Dakota Albano of Turners Falls, MA and Grace Davis of Holland, VT.; and his sister Phyllis Reddekopp of Saskatchewan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
