Leblanc of Westmore, Vermont, born in Newport, Vermont, who passed away on October 22, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard and Margaret; his wife Suzanne Delisle of Westmore; his children, Gwen H. Swainbank (Tony) of Georgia, Peter R. LeBlanc (Jeffrey Gonyaw) of Barton, Mark LeBlanc (Briana) of Broomfield and Paul R. LeBlanc of Barton, Vermont.; and his siblings, Dennis LeBlanc (Cindy) of Derby, Francis LeBlanc of Newport, Lorraine Staunch (David) of Rochester, Marie Tule (Mike) of Concord and Claire Hansen. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
