With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frena Webb Phillips of Westford, Vermont, born in Saint Albans, Vermont, who passed away on December 5, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Webb and Bertha Webb (Brookes); her husband William "Bill" Phillips; her son Allen Phillips; and her siblings, Ivy Ovitt, J. Douglas Webb and William Webb.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Phillips (France) of Westford and Scot Phillips (Kimberlee) of Westford; her grandchildren, Jeremy and Jessica Phillips; her great grandchildren, Dustin of Georgia, Charles "Charlie" of Georgia, Todd and Lindsay Phillips; and also, Grayson of Fairfax, Madelyn of Fairfax, Shane Phillips, Talia Bushey, Gavin, Krystle Phillips of Milton, Megan Phillips, Melissa Wood of St. Albans, Jennifer, Eric Harper, Owen of Westford, Hayden of Westford, William, Erin Phillips and Natalie of Westford.
Due to COVID, the family has chosen to have a private graveside service at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Westford.
