He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Sheltra; his brothers, Charles and Everett Sheltra; his grandson Logan Blais; and his sister-in-law Brenda Giannino.
He is survived by: his significant other Karen Blais of Westfield, VT; his children, Kevin Sheltra of Barton, VT, Keith Sheltra (Elena) of Eagle River, AK, Jaime Comtois (Jon) of Newport, VT and Anthony Blais of Newport, VT; his grandchildren, Samantha, Brandon, Ryan and Gus; his siblings, Wilfred "Woody" Sheltra of Island Pond, VT, Phyllis McBride (Adelmo) of Grand Junction, CO, Paul Sheltra (Yvette) of Irasburg, VT and Judy Blanton (Tim) of Morgantown, KY; and his siblings-in-law, June Sheltra of Newport Center, VT and Gary Thomas (Patty) of Colchester, VT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
