It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Perry (West Topsham, Vermont), who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marie Huntington Bruleigh and Rodney Perry; and his stepfather Micky Bruleigh.
