Turner Jr. of West Rutland, Vermont, born in Proctor, Vermont, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Turner Sr. and Frances Turner (O'Bara); and his sister Louise Godnick. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Golfin); his sister Jeanette Seward (Tom) of Center Rutland; his siblings-in-law, Coleen Elnicki (Mike) of Pittsford and Gary Golfin (Tammy) of Castleton; and his mother-in-law Shirley Golfin (Clarendon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
