Alice B. Hazen Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice B. Hazen of West Hartford, Vermont, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Alice had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Alice may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hazen Sr. and Barbara Hazen (Clifford); and her brothers, Douglas R. Hazen and John H. Hazen, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother David F. Hazen (Carolyn) of Pittsford, VT; her nephew Thomas Hazen (Christina) of West Hartford, VT; and her nieces, Hannah Weeden (Russell), Gretchen Powers (John) and Abigail Johnston (Clayton). She is also survived by three great nephews, five great nieces and one great, great nephew.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the West Hartford Cemetery.
