He is survived by: his wife Janice Perkins; his children, Cindy Lewis, Cathy Etheze (Jim) and Dwayne Bowen (Tammy Morin); his siblings, Melvin (Jackie), Joyce Moulton and Lorraine Pepin; his sister-in-law Evelyn Bowen; his grandchildren, Trevor Lewis (Bailey), Erika Lewis, Ryan, Matthew Etheze, Dakotah Bowen, Gaston Morin, Mitchell Morin (Kriston) and Landen Morin; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Lewis, Berkley Etheze, Cooper, Jaime, Callen and Haidence Morin.
