She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Thomas Southwood and Myrtle Southwood (Carr); and her sister Alice Gascoigne. She is survived by: her husband John Kipp; her children, James Kipp (Carolyn), Julia Bowe and John Kipp (Melissa Arcand); and her grandchildren, Cataline Kipp, Kristina Jane Kipp and Jonathan Christian Bowe.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Curtis-Britch & Bouffard Funeral Home (4670 Darling Hill Rd, Newport, VT 05855). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
