He is survived by: his children, Jerry, Donna Otto (Andrew) of West Burke, VT, Gerald Panaccione (Marianne) of East Hanover, NJ and Mark Panaccione of Hornell, NY; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bedor (Jason) of St. Johnsbury, VT, Andrea Otto of West Burke, James Otto of Burlington, VT, Michael Panaccione of East Hanover, NJ, Danielle Panaccione (Mark Pabers) of Flemington, NJ, Tina White (Matthew Frechette) of Hornell, NY and Melissa Makarick (Evan) of Corning, NY; and his great grandchildren, Drea, Waverly Bedor, Aiden Panaccione, Lilly, Kadence White, Gracie and Oliver Makarick.
Sally developed Alzheimer's Disease, and Jerry needed help.
