Beverly Gess Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Gess (West Burke, Vermont), born in Lyndonville, Vermont, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry T. Ruggles and Ila Easterbrooks Ruggles; her former husband Neal W. Chaffee of Sutton, VT.; and her children, Edward T. Chaffee and Susan M. Chaffee.
She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Gess; and her siblings, Rodney (Marilee Ruggles), Roland (Debbie Ruggles), Robert, Harry Ruggles, Betty Ann, Marjorie Louise and Barbara Jean. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid pandemic, there will be "No Calling Hours".
In lieu of flowers, we would be honored to have memorial donations made to Wounded Warriors or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
