It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard W. Bell (West Brattleboro, Vermont), who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bell and Ethel Bell (Aldrich); and his siblings, Francis, Alden, Benjamin Bell and Eleanor Schoenert.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Putnam; his children, Rodney (Maureen) of West Brattleboro, Randy Bell (Shirley) of West Brattleboro, Wendy Kendall (Fred) of Horn Lake, MS and Cynthia Susee (Eric) of West Brattleboro; and his sisters, Dorothy Hastings of Saint Cloud, FL, Elizabeth Meunch of Hendersonville, TN and Nancy Bobee of Whitingham. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, one great-great-grandson and many nieces and nephews.
